This month we’ve been enjoying the beauty of Autumn in Betchworth.
We’ve used our weighing scales with conkers and acorns, which has led to lots of mathematical langauge.
We’ve explored our local surroundings and collected leaves, conkers and acorns on walks to the church. Puddle jumping was lots of fun too. We then created art work with the items we collected.
We decorated pumpkins for Halloween, the most sparkly pumpkins you have ever seen. We had to clean them first though!
We’ve also explored pumpkins by hammering into them and cutting them open to look at the insides.
We’re looking forward to the adventures that November bring.
